[SET COMMENTS]
Zamazenta's good bulk and Speed combined with passive healing from Poison Heal make for a unique Pokemon that can provide utility as well as setup to sweep. With Poison Heal, Zamazenta has impressive longevity as well as the ability to Imposter-proof itself and force out or defeat Imposter users that transform into it since, they cannot heal. The combination of Body Press and Cotton Guard allows Zamazenta to become a stout physical tank and a threatening sweeper after just one turn of setup. Spectral Thief pressures Ghost-types like Aegislash and takes away opposing Pokemon's stat boosts, which can help Zamazenta serve as an emergency check to opposing Poison Heal users like Reshiram and Zekrom. Knock Off is an alternative method of hitting Ghost-types that also removes foes' items, but its inconsistent power makes it less valuable in longer battles. Will-O-Wisp allows Zamazenta to spread burns, punishing physical attackers like Zacian-C and Zekrom and burning Imposter users to Imposter-proof itself. Rapid Spin is an option if the team needs entry hazard removal, since Zamazenta can pressure spinblockers with Spectral Thief or Knock Off. Rapid Spin also boosts Zamazenta's Speed, giving it better opportunities to sweep after outspeeding foes like Zeraora. Spiky Shield is another option that allows Zamazenta to scout Choice item users like Kyurem-W and Galarian Darmanitan-Z while also ensuring Toxic Orb activation and giving a free turn of recovery from Poison Heal. A Jolly nature is needed so that Zamazenta outspeeds offensive threats like Galarian Darmanitan-Z and Barraskewda.

Zamazenta appreciates having strong special walls as teammates, like Ice Scales Zamazenta-C, Snorlax, and Umbreon, since they are better at checking strong special attackers like Poison Heal + Quiver Dance Reshiram, Adaptability Lunala, and Sheer Force Eternatus. These teammates can also provide slow pivoting to safely bring in Zamazenta so it can activate its Toxic Orb. While Zamazenta is very fast, it is still outsped by notable offensive threats like Dragapult, Zeraora, and Zacian-C; Zamazenta is unable to switch in to the latter two's high-powered attacks, so bulky physical walls like Melmetal and Fur Coat Seismitoad help keep these in check and take pressure off of Zamazenta. Zamazenta can be kept in check by the aforementioned physical walls, especially ones that aren't weak to its Fighting-type STAB attacks like Fur Coat Seismitoad, so it appreciates strong special wallbreakers like Refrigerate Kyurem-W and Choice Specs Lunala to pressure physical walls, especially since Zamazenta threatens the Steel- and Dark-types aiming to check their STAB attacks. If Will-O-Wisp is not chosen, it's important to have a teammate that can handle a boosted Body Press coming from Imposters transformed into Zamazenta if needed, like bulky Pokemon that resist it like Eternatus and Golisopod.

Not QC, but, as someone who have used PH Zama a lot on my BH Open run, some thought on the second set :
(so you can consider this as a AMQC on the second set)

- I feel you should make the PH setup the first set (or the second if you count the set onsite of MAMP), since it's from far the more used set than Body Press+Cotton Guard set.
(in fact I have never seen Press set so I can't really comment on this) (damn my oppos :/).

- About the set, I would say Knock Off > Spectral Thief. SThief seem good on the Cotton Guard set from what I see, but on the setup one, Zama really really want Knock Off, it provide more utility than SThief in removing checks item like on LO/Black Surge on Etern, Seimi's Lefto, but it also a major potential of nuisance for others offensive theart like Zekrom, who dislikes being have their CB removed for the rest of game.

- Another thing that I would say about the set is to unslash Earthquake as whole. For have tried to run this, I agree it has some benefit to run it, but it is too inconsistant to deserve a slash, being useful against only Eternatus/Toxapex/Aegislash, the two letter are pretty niche pick atm, and defensive Eternatus avoid the 2HKO and can punish Zama setup with Spectral Thief. Moreover, Zama has serious problem to fit this intro the moveset: No STAB Fight is obviously bad, and no setup/octolock too. Zama is too reliant on the Knock Off to drop it, and 3 attacks is kinda subobtimal from my experiance.

- I think also U-turn can be mentionned somewhere (maybe slash?) as alternative to WoW/Spore, it's a nice move to avoid PH Zacian and others hard counter to in for free in Zama. Zama is especially a great user of it, super fast and can Knock Off RH users.

- Last thing about the set but more description set thing, describe why Dragon Dance is chose over Shift Gear because I'm not really sure myself, I guessing that it's for not be outspeed by a Melmetal after that it has used Spectral Thief. Anyway it's provably worth mentioning

[SET COMMENTS] :
- "Zamazenta's impressive Speed and nice Attack make for a scary offensive threat in a metagame that lacks sturdy Fighting-type resists. This combined with passive healing from Poison Heal and setup moves makes it even more threatening."
I feel you should talk more on what the passive healing provide to Zamazenta (Making Zama a excellent and constant switch-in to Steel-types ect) because it's the key of this set.

- "At +1 Attack, Zamazenta notably 2HKOes non Fur Coat variants of Zamazenta-C and Melmetal."
Tbh, I don't feel that it's the best example here because it's kinda obvious that Zamazenta will deal strong damage at two fighting-weak Pokémon. Actually the fact that Zamazenta doesn't 2HKO FC Melmetal (that you imply) sound more like a disadvantage than something I would talk positively. For the example, I suggest the 2HKO on Reshiram and Mandibuzz (after few chip damage on the latter) to show power of Close Combat on neutral targets. You can provably say that it OHKO frail offensive Pokémon like Barraskewda as well.

- Don't forgot to explain why Drain Punch can be run :/
(More longevity+doesn't defenses drop in contrary to Close Combat)

- "Spore provides similar utility, but is less reliable since multiple sleep turns are not guaranteed."
I would briefly talk about Sleep clause here, preventing Zamazenta to spam Spore for free.

-"Zamazenta can be kept in check by bulky physical walls that aren't weak to its Fighting-type STAB, like Fur Coat Seismitoad."
Seismitoad has been mentionned as a target of Octolock earlier so I would specifically mention U-turn Seismitoad or change the example (Eternatus is provably a good idea) E: You have ban Octolock so Seismitoad is a fine mention now :v

-"So it appreciates strong special breakers like Refrigerate Kyurem-W to pressure physical walls, especially since Zamazenta threatens the Steel-types aiming to check Kyurem-W's Ice- and Dragon-type attacks."
For have building with Zamazenta, I can say that Specs Lunala is a very noticeable offensive partner for Zamazenta, being able to threaten lot of Zamazenta checks thanks to it dual STAB; in return Zamazenta can basically take on Lunala's check in Dark and Normal-types. Lunala is also less difficut to improof than a Kyurem-W imo

-"Zamazenta is outsped and OHKOed by Zeraora and Zacian-C's boosted, super effective STAB moves, so strong physical walls like Fur Coat Melmetal and Flash Fire Steelix make as good teammates to check these threats."
This sentence is a bit weird, I mean Zeraora don't have a "super effective STAB move" against Zamazenta like I could reading this, and Play Rough Zacian-C isn't really commun engouth I think. Also FF Steelix is pretty meh, and I disagree with it mentionned. Maybe FC Seismitoad instead ?

- I feel that the teammates section is a bit short. Few thing that I would mention are a slow turn support to help Zamazenta to get Toxic Orb activated and the classic entry hazard support to wear down checks, useful if Zamazenta run U-turn.

Sorry for the weird formating and hope that I have been useful n_n

Thanks for this, my comments in red below. I made some of the changes like for teammates, dropping EQ, and some of the benchmarks for KOs.

(in fact I have never seen Press set so I can't really comment on this) (damn my oppos :/). I'll let QC see about this, but the cotton guard set is picking up traction. I use it a lot and its fairly splashable on teams. Has good defensive and offensive utility and more pp than the offensive setup

- About the set, I would say Knock Off > Spectral Thief. Anyway it's provably worth mentioning I put in a short reasoning here, but I don't think it needs too much explanation. More PP and he's already super fast

The combination of Body Press and Cotton Guard allow Zamazenta to become a stout physical tank and a threatening sweeper after just one turn of setup. Discuss how Body Press is the best STAB move since Low Kick and Close Combat all suck. Spectral Thief pressures Ghost-types like Aegislash and takes away opponent's stat boosts, which can help Zamazenta become even more threatening I'm not understanding this threatening part, mention how Spectral lets Zama emergency check opposing PH users and such. Knock Off is an alternative method of hitting Ghost-types and provides more utility than Spectral Thief Spectral offers its own great utility so I would just say what Knock Off offers, but its inconsistent power makes it less valuable. Will-O-Wisp allows Zamazenta to spread burns and punish physical attackers like Zacian-C and Zekrom, and to burn Imposter users to become self-improof. Rapid Spin is an option if the team needs hazard removal, since Zamazenta can pressure spinblockers with Spectral Thief or Knock Off talk about speed boost. Spiky Shield is another option that allows Zamazenta to scout choice item users like Kyurem-W and Galarian Darmanitan-Z while also giving a free turn of recovery from Poison Heal consider Obstruct?. If Will-O-Wisp is not chosen, it's important to have a teammate that can handle a boosted Body Press if needed, like bulky Fighting-type resists like Eternatus or Zacian. Move to bottom. Mention Jolly Nature

Zamazenta appreciates having strong special walls as teammates, like Ice Scales Snorlax and Umbreon, since they are better at checking strong special attackers like Poison Heal Quiver Dance Reshiram and Choice Specs Lunala does this matter? You outspeed both mons and you pressure both of them. While Zamazenta is very fast, it is still outsped by notable offensive threats like Dragapult, Zeraora, and Zacian-C. Zamazenta is unable to switch-in remove hyphen to the latter two's high powered attacks, so bulky physical walls like Melmetal and Fur Coat Seismitoad help keep these in check and take pressure off of Zamazenta. This section needs more stuff, you need to talk about offensive partners

Zamazenta's impressive Speed and nice Attack make for a scary offensive threat in a metagame that lacks sturdy Fighting-type resists. This combined with passive healing from Poison Heal and setup moves makes it even more threatening. Dragon Dance, chosen over Shift Gear since it has more PP and Zamazenta is already really fast, simultaneously boosts Zamazenta's Attack and Speed, allowing it to outspeed Zeraora and Zacian-C to burn them with Will-O-Wisp and threaten them with boosted Close Combat or coverage moves. At +1 Attack, Zamazenta notably 2HKOes Mandibuzz and Zekrom with Close Combat. Knock Off is a great move for hitting Fighting-type switch-ins like Aegislash and Lunala, 2HKOing and OHKOing each, respectively, at +1 Attack along with removing foes' items. Spectral Thief is another method of hitting Ghost-types but offers less utility than Knock Off. Will-O-Wisp is very important, as it means Zamazenta is self-improof and is able to defeat Imposter users that transform into it, since they are unable to heal and are crippled by the burn. Spore provides similar utility, but is less reliable since multiple sleep turns are not guaranteed. A Jolly nature is needed so that Zamazenta outspeeds offensive threats like Galarian Darmanitan-Z and Barraskewda unboosted.

Zamazenta can be kept in check by bulky physical walls that aren't weak to its Fighting-type STAB, like Fur Coat Seismitoad. So it appreciates strong special breakers like Refrigerate Kyurem-W and Choice Specs Lunala to pressure physical walls, especially since Zamazenta threatens the Steel- and Dark-types aiming to check their STAB attacks. Zamazenta is outsped and OHKOed by Zeraora and Zacian-C's strong, boosted STAB moves, so strong physical walls like Fur Coat Melmetal and Flash Fire Steelix make as good teammates to check these threats. These teammates can also provide slow pivoting to safely bring in Zamazenta so it can activate its Toxic Orb.

The combination of Body Press and Cotton Guard allow Zamazenta to become a stout physical tank and a threatening sweeper after just one turn of setup. Body Press is the best STAB move available, mainly due to being boosted by Cotton Guard, but also because Low Kick has inconsistent power and is blocked by Dynamax. I mean if you are already using Cotton Guard, is there any reason to ever use Low Kick? Remove that last bit. Spectral Thief pressures Ghost-types like Aegislash and Dragapult and takes away opponent's stat boosts, which can help Zamazenta serve as an emergency check to opposing Poison Heal users like Reshiram and Zekrom.
