@ The_Rider, about my Gyrados project...its going horrible. Seriously dude, I've been getting Magikarps with completely random IV's, some didn't even have a single 31. And I'm using these parents:

Rinol: Well, I'm really only taking Garchomp into account, but Explosion, with no attack EVs, would OHKO Garchomp with no attack EVs at all. It still won't OHKO Hippowdon with max attack though. Earthquake is a 2HKO on max HP/Def Golem from Garchomp for either nature. I'd personally go Relaxed since, if I recall correctly, it will be a guaranteed 3HKOed by Garchomp Outrage instead of a possible 2HKO. This gives you time to switch in and explode if needed.

personally I prefer EQ since it covers more pokes. SE is usually used to hit other opposing Gyaras since the other flyers/levitators take more damage from waterfall. Ice fang can also be considered to take out the dragons.
