did u forget the point of two bug moves..? and that too by sacrificing its imp moves...? at this point you might as well use sash flail magikarp tbh lol (I know sash is ban, but you get the idea what I am trying to say right..?) furthermore 0.4% chance is by no means equal to 0% chance isn't it...?
I think u are being way too rough here. If anything Vespi checks Mime better than that weird ass Oranguru lol. It doesnt need attack order to be a check as mime can be pp stalled by pressure unless psychic doesnt get spdef drops.

252 SpA Choice Specs Mr. Mime Psychic vs. 252 HP / 252+ SpD Vespiquen: 130-154 (37.7 - 44.7%) -- guaranteed 3HKO

Also 0.4% its almost never going to happen and even less twice in a row so even if locked in M-fire u are good to go.

it can just trick vesp to death and even if it doesn't trick u, trying to pp stall means high chance for double high roll. also I have no idea on what ground u are calling it a better check than guru cuz vesp has a chance to lose, while guru wins for sure. and well if I am being rough, then what about lamp from last week? they said gra had a chance to break sub at +1, but tbh it had low chance to break 4 subs at +1. yet their point was valid that their is a small chance of losing, so I just backed off on it.

Also, sorry risin_glory, but Oranguru is not a check because it has a good chance to be 2hkod after rocks. (I can resubmit this as a check if someone makes some good points of why it should be able to be voted for)

Slowpoke @ Eviolite
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Def / 8 SpD
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Toxic
- Teleport
- Scald
- Slack Off

Slowpoke resists all of silvally's moves and can fish for burns with scald or toxic it.
Sub is annoying although scald breaks it in 2 hits and silvally needs to be at +6 to 2hitko

0 SpA Slowpoke Scald vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Silvally: 45-54 (13.5 - 16.3%) -- possible 7HKO
252 Atk Silvally-Ice Multi-Attack vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Eviolite Slowpoke: 50-59 (13 - 15.3%) -- possible 7HKO

Ability: Power Spot
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Stone Edge
- Heat Crash

- Superpower / Stealth Rock

Scarf Stonjourner its one of the best RK in the meta and can check icevally well. It comes in even on boosted MA and always ohko it back. (Watch out for surf but its kinda uncommon imo)

252 Atk Silvally-Ice Multi-Attack vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Stonjourner: 123-145 (36 - 42.5%) -- guaranteed 3HKO
+2 252 Atk Silvally-Ice Multi-Attack vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Stonjourner: 244-288 (71.5 - 84.4%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
252 Atk Stonjourner Stone Edge vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Silvally-Ice: 332-392 (100.3 - 118.4%) -- guaranteed OHKO

252 Atk Silvally-Ice Multi-Attack vs. 252 HP / 0 Def Eviolite Honedge: 53-63 (18 - 21.4%) -- possible 5HKO
4 SpA Silvally-Ice Surf vs. 252 HP / 4 SpD Eviolite Honedge: 88-104 (29.9 - 35.3%) -- 21% chance to 3HKO
252 Atk Silvally-Ice Flame Charge vs. 252 HP / 0 Def Eviolite Honedge: 60-72 (20.4 - 24.4%) -- guaranteed 5HKO

+2 252 Atk Silvally-Ice Flame Charge vs. 252 HP / 0 Def Eviolite Honedge: 118-140 (40.1 - 47.6%) -- guaranteed 3HKO

252+ Atk Honedge Iron Head vs. 0 HP / 0- Def Silvally-Ice: 242-288 (73.1 - 87%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
252+ Atk Honedge Shadow Sneak vs. 0 HP / 0- Def Silvally-Ice: 61-73 (18.4 - 22%) -- possible 5HKO

1) if vally uses sd on turn of switchin, it obviously is dead by the iron head+ss combo.
2) if it is already at +2 and uses flame charge at switcin, its again not a 2hko and therefore dies to iron head+ss combo again.
3) if it decides to spam surf on switchin and whatever, its again not a 2hko, meaning its dead.

(like even if u take avg of high and low rolls, it sums to ko with iron head+ss combo)

Carkol @ Eviolite
Ability: Flame Body
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Def / 8 SpD
Relaxed Nature
- Rapid Spin

It sits on non-surf variants and can even take a surf if necessary, making it a check.

252 Atk Silvally-Ice Multi-Attack vs. 248 HP / 252+ Def Eviolite Carkol: 41-48 (11.2 - 13.2%) -- possible 8HKO
+2 252 Atk Silvally-Ice Multi-Attack vs. 248 HP / 252+ Def Eviolite Carkol: 81-96 (22.3 - 26.4%) -- 13.7% chance to 4HKO
4 SpA Silvally-Ice Surf vs. 248 HP / 8 SpD Eviolite Carkol: 224-264 (61.7 - 72.7%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

0 SpA Carkol Flamethrower vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Silvally-Ice: 134-162 (40.4 - 48.9%) -- guaranteed 3HKO

edit: surf is slashed, is why I said check and not hard counter

It loses the 1v1 versus Silvally-Ice. 2 Surf kills Carkol, while Carkol can't OHKO. Thus it's not a check.

doesn't get 2hkoed by surf and 2hkos in return with edge.
