Oh well, cant win em all.
Stat spread: 125/95/90/65/90/135 (600 bst) Normal type.
Justification: High natural bulk to let normal horse switch in with the reliability you would expect from a horse. Somewhat low attack because I guess we arent making some AG monster here so this is to balance stab normalize a bit. Super high base speed because horses are fast.

Important moves:
High horsepower, (duh) Odor sleuth, (horses can smell fear, which means it could smell scary ghost types and hit them afterwards.) Charm, (supports other frailer horses) Thunderbolt, (because every good physical attacker needs a random special move they never use.) and Megahorn (only if the final design has a horn, despite being a normal horse.)

Horses are known for being fast and being able to take hits, so I gave it a high speed and bulk. I then decided that it should be a physical attacker, so I put 130 points into Attack. I wanted it to have the Base Stat Total of a legendary, so I dumped the rest of the points into Special Attack.
