SPOILERS! Scarlet & Violet Leaks Thread - Data/Mechanics

*All* the legends? Dialga and Palkia origin are expected (curious if they have any new abils), but I thought Heatran etc weren't in, and I'm very intrigued by the possibility of Legend Plate Arceus in a main series game.
I feel like poryleeks is kind of like centro here where they're not actually digging through the game themselves so it's probable this is just a lot of telephone going on

That's the exact thought that hit me today and prompted my question. It might have Tentacruel-like stats, but Spore might be ability-locked behind Mycelium "Might."

I don't know for certain why, but I assumed Toedscruel would have Amoonguss-grade speed despite its RFake status.
Mycelium Spore is a lot less formidable if it's actually fast and fragile on one side like OG Tentacruel.

the fact that someone was able to access all of the stats for the paradox and starters and then just.. never released anything else is so.. :psyangry:

we non-dataminers need to unionise.
It's very frustrating but also I get it. Even what's already been shows from datamines is probably enough fuel for a lawsuit. I wouldn't want to risk anymore.

By the way
What about the mono steel pokemon with ground "water absorb" ability?

I think it and the speed boosting engine are beeing underrated.
The thing is, until we actually know the base stats and movesets, we can't really say how good they are.

Sure the ability combos can look good, but kinda like Levitate Eelektros, if the base stats + moveset don't back them up they're still ZU tier material

Nothing to do with it. It's just that the typical leaker/dataminer for pokemon are ego boosted and enjoy slowly dripping their things.

I can promise you next week we'll have the entire pokedex + movesets as per usual.

If that's not it then I have no idea what the leaker gets out of this waiting. Some sense of superiority? A power trip? How? It's an entirely alien concept to me.

It's an equally fair assumption, I think. We haven't seen anyone share the stats of the Toeds or even the Wigglet line, so we have no idea what to expect here.

Paradox Mons are just roaming around the postgame cave. Guess it's not Raids or limited to a few copies after all

I wouldn't expect too much of a change. For regional forms there wasn't much of a change if any. The only time I can remember a big change is the paradox Pokémon but that's an entirely different animal than regional forms to me.

They are giving me hope for Megas in the DLC.....
Personally, that'd be...very ironic. Normal Matt-Boy getting to return in the same gen they made a permanent
Reminder that Greninja has 3 formes and Zygarde has FIVE formes due to the awkward way their false megas were implemented.
Essentials has Zygarde handed as an HA that is unable to be Ability Patched, but keeps Greninja as three forms. Essentials can also have multiple HAs, so I wonder why Greninja wasn't condensed as well.

Finally caught up!
