any notable changes? i looked through some of the crazier additions like spikes garchomp and swords dance urshifu and they seemed to be intact still, among other things (spikes magearna...)

Super Fang, T-Wave, Taunt, Protect is a really solid moveset, especially with that speed and ability, I can definitely see this being a big VGC threat.
Isn't this really strong ? I mean,

It is, but there's the slight issue you have to send in a pretty mediocre pokemon and then also swap it out before it actually transform.
I don't feel like it's a problem to switch... like, you send it first, switch, and bye bye the game
Im not scared of a buffed dolphin that clearly missed legs day in the gym. I can destroy that thing barehanded.
Yeah I think so. Less so in VGC where switching stuff around has a much higher opportunity cost, but in singles it's definetly busted.
The base form still has good speed AND Flip Turn. seems like an extremely small drawback

I said it earlier when we found that out, Zamazenta was nerfed by 20 def + dauntless shield nerf so we were like "Maybe it can drop to OU and see play"
...but it gets Body Press now. No way that goes to OU.
in that case, that pokemon would best fit as a lead of sorts
It's a table of moves that I don't know the usage of. Maybe they're just placeholder data, but I kept them in just in case.
Reminder that it had Flip Turn and base 100 Speed, even in the weak form. In many cases it can Flip Turn out pretty easily.
Pretty sure it can go OU even with Body Press.

It got flip turn. You can play it scarf and send it whenever you feel there is an opening. Then you got a setupless fast and
stone edge is an underrated buff to zamazenta. that's way, way better than having to deal with thunder and ice fang like it used to.
Luckily Johtonian Typhlosion still has Shadow Ball even after the patch. I know Psychic is pretty bad coverage-wise, but I can now have an in-game set of Flamethrower/Extrasensory/Shadow Ball/Focus Blast so I can have 4 80+ power special moves that are do not double-up on types, are not normal type, or have have to be worked around to be usable(aka Solar Beam)
I feel like, a Psychic/Fairy/Flying/Bug/Ghost mon who switch on him, force him to switch out, no more ability. Howl + Body Press don't seems good on a set, and Iron Defense + Body Press can be used by a lot of mons... and they are still bad...
