Super Smash Bros. Brawl Discussion #2 (spoilers)

I believe Luigi's final smash makes the opponents slower, and they gain 1% with each second in passing time. I think Luigi is slower as well but not as slow as his opponents -- so he has a better shot of hitting them before they hit him back.

I liked teh FS one -- the only FS I don't like are the Landmasters, and Toon Link.

I can't believe you even mentioned a user review on GameFAQs.
I noticed some games on the Nintendo Europe Website including SSBB (and Mario Kart Wii) were branded with a "Coming Soon" logo. There's a few games with release dates on them with the Coming Soon thing like "Harvest Moon: Magical Melody" which is released on March 14th.
Probably doesn't mean anything but at least they're acknowledging SSBB exists at any rate.

A fellow Peach main eh? There was a tier list from 2chan that I saw posted somewhere.... but of course considering that it's this early the list is total crap. Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I think that it takes over a year for the metagame/tier lists/ect. to become somewhat stable.

Young Link got replaced with 'toon link', the cell-shaded version from Wind Waker and Phantom Hourglass. DK's final smash involves his bongos.

Seriously, I can't wait to main him. At 1:20, an interesting thing happens. I suspect that his Side B is a Counter move, because at 2:37, he tries an attack with no apparent effect. I also propose we make bdcool187 our god, because his videos are great.
EDIT: It's speculated in the comments that it's his Down B, which makes more sense. Correct me if I'm wrong, but this is what I get for his specials (sorry if this has been posted):
B: Aura Sphere (chargable, not sure if it can be charged in air)
←→B: Force Palm perhaps?
↓B: Counter
↑B: Agility, but more easily controlled than Pikachu's. Also loses the double jump.

I was about to post that video, shows both a custom stage and Lucario's pure badassery. Level 8 CPU looks pretty good too, not too stupid.
Also, it's funny the Dialga/Palkia music came up, because I was thinking of a few cool Pokémon tunes that would be cool... and I thought it wouldn't make it.
EDIT: HOLY CRAP Spear Pillar looks awesome! It'll probably be banned because of the area below that doesn't allow for vertical KOs and the interference from Palkia (or Dialga) in the form of attacks. Only ~ a 3 second warning to get out of the way. I'm so playing a lot of matches here with my buddies though! And the remix of VS. Dialga/Palkia is pretty sweet as well; fits Brawl very nicely, contrary to what I had imagined.
I think his side b is a palm thrust which blasts out a bit of energy. I suspect it to be force palm/ force thrust. Although it may have been his Fsmash, it looked more like a side b to me.
Also his UpB looks more like Extremespeed to me.
I think you may be right. I was curious as to why Lucario seemed to be hitting Ike with an Aura Sphere when he hadn't charged up. Unless he C-sticked (or the Brawl equivalent), I don't think Ike would've flown that far from a simple Side A.
Have anyone checked that Classic Mario Bros. stage?, it has an awesome 8-bit Nintendo games medley, memorable songs on the medley are Excitebike, Punch out, and others from the classic Nes action series :D. Is so freaking awesome.

I remember hearing somewhere that side B is Dark Pulse, but I don't know if that was reliable or not. And yeah, Lucario is probably the character I'm looking forward to most.
Spear Pillar was a pleasant surprise as far as stages go.
