Is there any move set that can be used to make lucario a viable mixed sweeper? None were on the main site.

Also, assuming I have 1 special sweeper, 1 physical sweeper, 1 mixed sweeper, and a physical and special tank, should the last spot go to another sweeper or to a rapid spinning physical, special, or mixed (is that even possible?) wall or tank?

Yeah, they will only give you the first 100 EVs.

How do I get Baton Pass,Agility, and Cross Poison on Gliscor. I figured breed my Male Skorupi who has Agility and Cross Poison already with my Female Gliscor until I get a female who has Agility and Cross Poison and then delete all the moves off a random Male Ninjask expect Baton Pass and breed it with my Female Gliscor and then I come out with a Gligar with Agilty,Baton pass, and Cross Poison. Am I right or am I just confusing myself?

You can't. Female pokemon don't pass on the moves and none of the parents can have all 3. You can have Agility/Pass or Agility/Poison, but not all of them at once.

No, but it can save time to start off at 100 EVs.

Yes it does for hidden power breeding and outspeeding other choice scarfers who's base speed are a little lower then yours.

I would like to know this as well but remember this works for wild pokemon only.

Yes it does especially if it's max speed is somewhere in the speed tiers list. Giving a pokemon a scarf is not always the solution.

actually im working on one with now and here's what i got so far:
Lucario (♂) @ Life Orb
Ability: Steadfast/ Inner focus
EVs: 100 Atk/252 Spd/158 SAtk
Hasty nature (+Spd, -Def)
- Close Combat
- Shadow Ball/ Dark pulse
- Hidden Power [Ice]/[Electric]
- agility? / EQ? /extreme speed?/ filler?

enough attack to OHKO blissey with CC max speed and rest went into special attack. shadow ball/dark pulse for cress and HP ice/electric is for dragons/gyarados i just havent found a good 4th move yet

Now, let me just preface my post with this: I have never used the max EVs AR code and might never will. But I was wondering, is the max EV code (where for example 1 protein gives you 252 attack EVs, or however many it takes to equal 252) frowned upon in Smogon?
