I live in Texas, and that is not how I speak. The way your first post went intimates that you are a bad guy pretending to be a student, as GreenPikachu said, and were it not a wasted vote this round, then I would vote for you, and I hope more will join me in doing so next round :)
Well, let me put this way. If someone believes Obi is telling the truth, then they would naturally trust him and vote for aamto. However, if someone believes toothache is telling the truth, they would trust him and vote Obi. The only way we can find out is after the death of one of them... and even then, it might not be so clear.
And posting to say that i'm not lynching this day... something is confusing me for now.
If he was a death eater then he would be scoring a ministry kill at day. Then, at night, they could kill another person. If he was a death eater and Obi was not one, then he wins; regardless of whether he dies. He's lead the students to lynch someone not on his team.
Why would you defend someone so fiercely if they have presented no evidence. Like I said, Mekkah wouldn't make a rule that was basically an auto-death. Thus, there is no such role. I'm sorry, but I'm not buying any of this.
Also, if he was ministry why would he be killing one of 'his own'? Option two implies that he is a death eater (maybe a student) that knows who Obi is, since a ministry members wouldn't try to vote off one of his own. I am under the suspicion that neither Obi or Toothache are completely innocent, but Obi's posts seem less full of crap.

For those split on whether to vote aamto or Obi, I suggest to ask yourself this about Percy's role. Do you believe that he:
1. is with the Ministry and will always be a Ministry Worker?
2. is with Hogwarts and will always be a Student?
3. is with the Ministry but will eventually switch sides to Hogwarts?
If you can answer yes to any of those questions, then it'll become clear who to vote for.

Well with the role of Snape being highlighted, who's to say that Mekkah adopted a different role for Ministry. Thus why the Percy role is interesting. Now personally I am split between the two but Obi has more of a case against him than Aamto has. I am not saying either of them is guilty, Heck I have no clue to anyone that is. But this is the first day, and we have no clues to go on, so until either of them can prove, or disprove their innocence or guilt, or even certify a case against one of them, I'll have to stick to my original vote.
I'm basing this next bit on how Toothache acted in the last couple of mafia games...
In any of the games I've seen, Toothache hasn't displayed any of the flair or deviousness that some of you believe he is trying to use or pull here... In the first HP Mafia, he was on my team, the Death Eaters, and on our forums, was really just a sheep more than a leader. He never came up with any plan like this, or any plan at all really.
This leads me to believe that what he is saying now is nothing other than the truth, and more than likely the entire truth.
I want to lynch Obi, but I almost believe that he is a turncoat style character, that could end up on the students side. My theory: if a certain amount of time passes and Cornelius Fudge is not killed, Percy will move to the students side. Why? After this time he becomes disillusioned with the Ministry, and seeing as how he doesn't inherit Fudges power and corruptness, turns traitor.

It is highly likely that Obi is someone who would be able to provide the students with information on the Ministry, so why would that possibly be a bad thing? aamto has not claimed having any special role, so at worst we might lose an ordinary student in exchange for getting information on the Ministry.

Well the inspector told me of course. But not directly. Since the inspector has to be conspicuous, he has to PM the results of his inspection to a random member of Hogwarts. Which is how I ended up with the information that I did.
Obi is tricking you if you think he isn't Ministry, for he certainly is. Also I have the inspector's word to back this up.
