How good is Iron Valiant on Electric Terrain? such as the Specs variants?

Aura Sphere doesn't miss but Focus Blast is stronger but with 70% Accuracy.

imagine the booster energy valiant, but you can grab an actual item
requires some support, but electric terrain valiant IS THE SINGLE BIGGEST TRUE MENACE IN THE GAME
Expert belt, specs, band, set up, LO, whatever you want, requieres support but man, that thing TRULLY SWEEPS

I’m not sure shed tail is broken, but anything that successfully generates free turns the way that does is always gonna be worth talking about and having two free turn generators in Tera and shed tail will never allow for a truly balanced meta.

^ So I just started playing this format and this is a sample team that I've been using but I don't know how old it is and I'm not sure if it's outdated or not so I just wanted to see what you guys think about this team in the current meta

Not outdated looks like your standard hyper offensive team.

You can call it broken, because that's what you're saying without saying it lol

don't you think it's really weak to volcarona? None of the mons there can really do much

This should be discussed here: https://www.smogon.com/forums/threads/simple-questions-simple-answers-thread.3710772/

But to answer your question since this is a offensive team, you can't bring arguments like oh well isn't it weak to Volc? it's hard to switch into Volc but Tera Dark Sucker Punch with Gambit (for example) should be in range to OHKO Offensive Volc after 3 dead Allies.

Technically Dragonite could switch into a standard Giga / Fiery Dance set, but HO teams are going to be weak to a lot of things it'll be almost impossible to switch in to a S rated offensive mon majority of the time.

hey well typhlosion is out and about in the ou tier right now so I though I would make a set for it. Im not too good with making viable sets, but this typhlosion is an offensive 4 attacks set. Also it gained shadow ball this gen so lets see what happens

the set

Tork is in B-, you can still run Wake outside of Sun
Why would you though? Outside of Sun, Wake is not a particularly special mon. Not to say it doesn't work if the Sun is absent outright, but if you're not choosing to run a Sun Team (or at least a counter-team Check on Rain), I don't see why you would put Walking Wake into your team over another Special Breaker like Valiant or to a lesser extent Iron Moth, Greninja, and Zoroark-H.

Something about Booster Energy Agility as a cleaner on Hyper Offense teams? But then, Iron Moth still feels better as it’s moves are more spammable (having to click draco sucks), it has a higher initial speed, and Fire/Poison/Grass coverage is great in this metagame rn.

just one thing
torkoal is a great mon with support tools like rapid spin, will-o-wisp, and stealth rocks,(with the possibility of yawn)
pincurchin is NU garbage(ok it gets t-spikes but like tusk hard walls this thing even if the pincurchin is tera flying oh and it has like no bulk nor support moves outside of t-wave, chilling water, and t-spikes/spikes)

the reason why wake is so broken is because torkoal is a good mon
the reason why valiant runs booster energy is because pincurchin is garbage.

just chiming in to say that the eject button item - or whatever it’s called - can be used to turn pincurchin into a potential setter of 10+ useable turns of terrain.

it’s basically a 5v6 game with 10+ potential turns of terrain. I used it for a bit and it was fun.

it was also fun running Tera electric + specs valiant with a team designed to bring down tusk and other grounds as early as possible in the match.

nice that you had success, but we prob won't be able to use electric terrain viably until we get koko, koko is gonna be fun for OU(is he coming back? I have no idea)
i feel like pincurchin is setup fodder rn, with torkoal you can burn so tusk and dnite have a harder time setting up against you

also the worm gets free shed tail on curchin so like they can get free setup
