makes sense but i believe in m2h's d1 vote, so i need a target and to get the wagon off of me?i'm unwilling to vote shane right now because i want to talk to him when he's around, he seems personable at a glance and i think i'd be able to get a better feel for his intentions from talking to him in real time. + don't like to KO slots that have the potential to be strong town leaders per D1 content if they are town unless there's enough cause for concern to where they seem likely to be a hit

m2h what are your reads atm
so far town core is me/neon/saber town leans are flanders/laurel slight scum leans are celever/shane. That is all.
I wouldn't push laurel as a vote but Idt laurel is cleared by his flavour massclaim thing. I think there's plausible scum motivation for doing so (gauging town power based on flavour claims) and I think derp clears are the worst way to be working with the vote anyway.
mm ya I see where you're coming from with thisit's not the mass flavor claim thing that i'm factoring in there, it's the disregard of the clause about mafia being given fakeclaims. which for sure can be acting, i don't disagree, like i said i just feel like laurel would've tried to run with it more or posture in a way to present himself as a villager & it'd be easier to spot traces of a skit. if you look at the progression he had with it in his conversation with M2H, he kinda just rolls into realizing mafia were given fakeclaims. it seems like he genuinely didn't know about it to me, just my two cents
ok yea this is scum
##vote genisu
idk why you find me "annoying" a fairy but im sure we can work together to find the mafia!
He claimed roleblocker as town last game, that happened so fast some of us present missed itbluedoom's growing on me, i'd say we could be pals for day 1. still think i'm most cool with M2H and laurel slots so far, neon's whatever and might just wind up being town but i'm not following what in his role locktowns him or writes off the fact that it could just be a fakeclaim he was given to sound townie, explaining why he was so eager to claim right away. is claiming straight away typical for him?

M2H covered it but I'll explain: genisu is pretty young and not very experienced himself; by virtue of that as either alignment he's going to make a lot of logical inconsistencies. M2H and a fairy have fine cases on him and it doesn't feel opportunistic, however Shane basically dedicated a huge quote block to show why genisu's thought process doesn't check with his actions, but the thing is this would be 100% in line with town play from someone not experienced. Now Shane sounds like he's experienced in mafia so he should know that not every town player plays optimally yet he doubles down on the read and thinks that genisu should've voted differently.
I think what's getting clear in my head here is that the laser focus on genisu while not saying much on the other players is weird
