Ah, yeah I def can see some buddying between you and then, and even now clouds seems reluctant to vote genius despite it being a fine vote and probably optimal for clarifying night actions. I suppose on some level it self resolved, but if clouds got blocked tonight it would be a clouds vs me vs genisu situation and probably messy to deal with.
also my initial impression was that if shane/celever was t/t the scum are like lowposters + one of genisu/HH

celever i know ive been scumreading you this game but like its hard for me to believe you objectively believe this about me
i'm a pretty straight up town player that's against nonsensical lying. we were also literally TEAMMATES in the last game where i was the main driver in trying to perfect fake claims for our team. that's literally the OPPOSITE sort of expected behavior of what i am doing now.
do you think i just changed up my play for this game to throw you specifically off?
if i was some kind of mafia extra killer/vig role - i literally would just shoot someone random and be like "ah fk thought they were scum OOPS!" or i would just flat out say i idled. there's absolutely 0 benefit to being "obtuse." I COULD HAVE LITERALLY JUST SAID "YEA I SHOT SABER" AND NO ONE WOULD KNOW I WAS LYING!
if you want to say i'm just flat out lying, well then nobody has CC'd vig (which i know you know). if i'm just hoping for the best as mafia then i must be extremely lucky! or i could've just claimed my host given fake!
this is one of the few reasons why i find you this game to be lacking credibility. this and the "oligarchy" theory you've been peddling is just so out there like what.
i think the main issue im having rn is that anytime the game is divided into "people who scumread me are mafia" and "people who don't are town" you just know you absoultely have to be missing something because no way the game is that simple
it just seems totally crazy the cel/af/flanders/laurel are the maf team. it's actually impossible because min 1 if not 2 should be bussing or at least creating some kind of discord to confuse the town.
that's why i keep coming back to someone like clouds because i just know there has to be a deepwolf somewhere given how the game seems to be divided so cleanly.

bluedoom has easily been the towny postingwise just based on tone and effort in trying to solve the game. this seems fairly self explanatory
m2h has been a little more erratic but overall has been putting pretty pure effort into the game. i think what maybe gives me pause with them is i dont super like the vote on me at deadline d1 but as i've said before, it makes sense from the m2h perspective of "i need claism to game solve" vs tommy who has been advocating no claim most of this game.
joey had a good reaction to the roleblock claim and so i think it's safe to assume they are town for now. there's no real difference in play compared previous town games is the feeling. i don't think joey has a lot of incentive to defend me d1 early as mafia either. although reading back i realize i don't know who he thinks is mafia (other than genisu, no thanks) but i guess that lines up

i have tommy next n the town slots just based on vibes. i want to sleep so not reading back smallstreet where he was mafia to compare. supposedly cleared by clouds too? but yea mostly just feeling confident based on his posting
imo i don't think genisu is at a stage in his development where he wouldn't somehow tip who is on his team. like even just thinking about how he hosted his last game. respectfully, i dont' see genisu as someone who would continually ask to be inspected by clouds (tinfoil: uh oh, mafia have a way to get around a cop like that and laurel is right where the 1 player is stuck with the kill). i agree that JOAT is a SUPER sus claim. but he (supposedly) doesn't have an info check which makes it a tad more believable for me. genisu please don't protect me tonight. in fact i think you should hold onto all your shots (or maybe you could roleblock someone you scumread idk).
honestly thinking about it now maybe i should swap clouds and dusk. while i get why clouds claimed the BPV, did he really need to expose laurel? the timing is just so awkward for me. i don't really know how i feel about alice anymore so maybe this is just scum clouds pushing onto alice to help a teammate somewhere out. or bus for credibility. i do generally speaking like his claim because it's a weaker cop ALTHOUGH it really makes me wonder if mafia has a way to avoid it

neon is lower now because this is the first time i think he's been so behind in sheeting and we know the guy is hitting f5 in the thread and has the time to shitpost so why isn't he doing the thing he always does as town? i generally just don't know what his mafia game looks like. will he get nervous knowing his team needs him or does he cnotinue his dgaf attitude and do whatever? i kind of think it's the latter

i scaled back by scumread on laurel beCAUSE i noted in his town game he was also relatively emotional. i do think his reaction to my vote was way over the top and much more manipulative a la his scum game in celever's game. i find it interesting that no one other than maybe m2h (clouds as well?) has really pushed him on what else he can give. Celever and Flandrs keep shouting at what a LIAR I am, yet no one seems very concerned about laurel also not giving up info like me so...
just not really feeling HH's presence this game. i actually think the mayor has decent scum equity BECAUSE it's revealed via vote count. that's a pretty useless town mayor when you think about it. i suppose it's also a way to nerf the role and give the player something to think about? but i kind of see it more as a red herring.

i don't think it's improbable. definitely shane looks bad in that world. if celever is scum, then it's an incredible bus but I don't think I could convince myself of that. celever scum probably clears shane because why would shane move his vote onto the leading wagon to a teammate at that point of the day? too risky
at 5-5 with 10 mins to go, mafia is probably pretty happy and almost certainly does NOT want a flashwagon. this to me makes me look at HH much more favorably (i knew I put hh in lean town for a reason!)
if celever was scum though, i would expect a bus of some kind or at least 1 teammate but that never seemed to really materialize which makes me think perhaps you are on to something and it was 3 town yesterday. alice/laurel/neon/??? team seems kind of meh but i really don't know.
alice - i think what bothers me the most about alice is them not wanting to claim even though they did in the last game. i know the circumstances were different though. i like the general communication from alice instead of just outright ghosting which i think is a lot easier to do in this spot as someone who maybe hasn't p[layed as much forum mafia

Hm that's interesting. I was putting HH as scumlean because he fits the bill of "mafia fucking around with their vote" EoD if all three wagons are town. And if Celever is scum then...honestly I have no idea what a mafia!HH is doing here with the bus, so probably town. The thing is, I went through HH's ISO and didn't really see any reads that stood out from his end. Then D2 he goes from saying "let's look at the EoD1 wagons" to not actually getting anything from it, to saying he wants to flip shane/celever, to saying that he wants to flip you/me, to voting alice. And its like...I can't see the consistency in thought here? Which I did see in the previous game where he actually looked into the D1 wagons and sussed people out from there.
alice/neon/laurel/+1 looks terrible as a team ya I'd agree with you there.
I guess when you have time, give me a refresher on where your head's at/what's the solve looking like.
