Well done. You've worked hard, there's no doubt about that - but trust me, your work isn't over yet, if anything, you have even more work to do now, making sure you're not only keeping yourself at a reasonable standard, but going further and reaching new standards. I've been there, man. Your team rates and analysses are good, but there's room for improvement.

But in any instance, you've done well, and credit is due. Congrats, dude!

I'm working hard to get my team to match standard OU rules. I've got ideas that I'm trying to test out now so I'll edit my thread when I finish my edits.

I have... a responsibility. A responsibility to keep these analyses up to par. And, I'll do all I can to make that happen. It might be a burden with all of these Copyediting threads going on and with my imperfection, but that's just the way I am, especially if I see things I don't agree with.

I want to see you improve Aerrow. In your works, team rating, whatever. You've been doing a lot of work, but I want to see you grow time by time by trying out new things. I don't think I'm seeing it. Cut off the fluff, get right into the meat and action. Smogon isn't hear to listen to stories (okay, a one sentence "story" overview and conclusion is fine), they want the information right in the face. And bring up evidence to support that! Don't leave it hanging! Even if it's superfluous or you're not sure of it, do it. It can't hurt to discuss it. By doing this, you can see if what your path of reasoning is sound or in need of a revamp.
