Oh, sorry the HP Ice seed I have is for my DS not Desmume. :(
I have a C-Gear seed for something close to that on Desmume. Something like 31/x/30/31/31/31 (HP Ice 70).
Just go some number of frames back, see which one you hit, then try some other frame, see which one you hit, and so on. Trial and error.
Are there any NPCs on that route? Or a Swarm Pokémon?
