    I do not remember seeing any notice that some Pokemon won't be getting their own separate threads.
    I think it's important to put that in some notice or so, so that people won't be wasting their time.
    Besides, I wonder why there aren't any boards for BL to NU?

    Gogoat is a new Pokemon, and it is our policy to allow threads for all new Pokemon, as it is only normal that people will need to discuss about them somewhere, at least in the first few months.

    Oh, and there aren't any boards for lower metagames yet because those metagame don't exist yet. Without an actual ladder to test things out, it's not of much use to have a subforum for a tier.

    Sure, i'll let you know. Atm OU c&c is pretty dead, but once PokeBank gets released things will get hectic, so it will be a perfect chance for you to work on your Contributor badge.

    Depends on the usage it gets. For a Pokemon to become OU it must have at least 3.41% usage in the monthly usage statistics, so i guess when we have the first official monthly usage stats we will learn.
