For your RMT title I suggest this: Rage of Arcticblast.
It also gives you p nice special bulk as well, allowing you to pivot off of rotom-w s and ilk
Hey Articblast, I wanted to help a bit with your team, so if you care to try out gourgeist, i think running a Gourgeist-Large 252 HP/ 88 Def/ 168 SpD Impish gives you p nice defenses, and allows you to avoid the 2hko from Sub Azumarill Play Rough with rocks up, while you gain more speed than super.

I know you're busy, but it would be awesome if you could teach me doubles. It seems like a really interesting metagame that I really want to learn, so if you could just one day give me a few pointers so I can at least adequately battle by myself, that would be great! Thanks~
