Nothing much. I just really need to update my shop. Been very busy lately, and I RNG'd a dokkora (Timburr) in my game I thought that was pretty cool. Whats up with you?

Yea because Karlmee told me he pal parks 7014grees 3rd gen pokes so I was wondering if you can do it with this. Is abusing your ID easier on an emulator? Im intrested in doing it this way cause you said it only takes you 5 minutes to abuse a file :P so im thinking it might be easier for me.

Awe to bad I dont have a flashcart|R4 :(, I like Love Ball if its female but I will take the Dive Ball version. Im also giving your semi-rights to the Suicune since you never got to RNG your own and it seems Suicune is one of your favourite Pokemon :D

Haha - any particular ball you'd want on that Kingdra? I can give you semi-rights on it for any ball save dive, moon, heal, and love, lol. If not, tell me which ball you'd like it in and I'll give you the file for it :)

That's one decent way to answer that question, but as I said, that's why people like me are hired: because we know how to easily correlate the institution and the person and see whether they "match" or not. It is quite a despicable thing in all honesty but that's what pretty much a job interviews is right now. Hence all the standarized questions :P

After all the gibberish, the conclusion is: How to answer a question like this? Did the alumnus profile said they like individuals with leadership capacities? Then you can go around it with something like this: Although my brother says I'm bossy (family comments always add up), I'm constantly told that I like to organize and structure whatever task is put in front of me. Whether it is a party, a group assignment, etc I like to lead the way in how to do things as to always make sure everything goes right. All in all, this part of me constitutes both a great strength but also an unexpected weakness as some times not being able to finish a task the way I would have liked to can frustrate me. There you're doing both of exaggerating and attenuating, however, you're doing them "right". How to put it, you're saying: I like being a leader, but I'm also human.

The weakness question is quite a good one based one basic principle: Not a single human being can accomplish 100% self introspection. It's an ontological truth acknowledged even by neuroscientists, but not like anybody respectable should care about what they think :P
Anyway that means that when answering there's only two underlying variables to keep in mind: you're exaggerating or you're attenuating. After some filters, boom, they'll know what "you're really like".

Filters being: Were you stuttering? Y=Exaggerating, N=Att. And it goes on from body language to spoken language like Did you use an usual cliche: I'm a perfectionist? Y= Att. N=Exaggerating. Do keep in mind that just because you're attenuating, it does not mean you're exaggerating, it can be graded with a zero. So normally, in that case, Y would be a -x whereas N would most likely mean a 0.

I could totally go with the cliche of: You never asked, but in reality it has to do with some factors I would have to know to tell you that :P Like political orientation of the University, predominant religious belief, economic stance, career goals, alumnus profile, University legacy among many other stuff just to know what exactly I could advise you with, although the general part of sugar coating the sensitive subjects I did tell you about :P
All that in unis is to make variables like: can this guy succeed in this university, will he/she be a troublemaker, is the political/business/academic orientation d'accord with ours, etc
