    I'm going to be doing this on a Japanese game, on an emulator, is that going to be a problem?
    As my BPs are no longer going to be done on my English cart. I find it to be too much of a hassle.

    yes regice was originally from a platinum retail cart. lots of time between now and celebi as I usually RNG the wondercards on retail carts first anyways.
