They are RNG'd. I got them from Bond697 who is always fully redis. The catch is that they are pkm's atm. Both are flawless, one is modest, the other is timid.
As for the suggestion, thanks. It happens because I did a bit of a workaround to make the spacebar start it. It actually will make no difference in accuracy. That may sound strange, but the only thing that needs to be that accurate is the second timer. The first one could be delayed or advanced by half a second and be relatively inconsequential.

One pokemon you can start with is Farfetch'd and since it's part ground as well as flying group, smeargle can sketch all of its possible egg moves. I'm leaving for the airport in just a few more hours so I'll be signed off.
My guess is celebi will be a wifi download similar to mew, enigma stone and few others. the legendary dogs will be at gamestop that I know.
So far as the other 3, consider other pokemon that learn rare moves that are only egg moves in 5th generation. You may need to do some research.
The low frame isn't a problem since I have them HP ice on frame 4 and HP electric on frame 31. (BTW the manaphy won't be shiny)
It's just frustrating that i hit my delay 40/60 times and don't get Timid. And of course the only time I get timid is when I miss my delay =(

I don't think I'll be RNGing wondercards anytime soon because I got mad the other day after RNGing for 3-4hours trying to get a timid one. I just rather use a code to get shaymin in my game (platinum) and RNG from there. I know there's more people that have the pokemon you want so you might want to try and trade with them.
