for another pokemon, consider doing a male spiritomb with as many egg moves possible, and flawless of course. spiritomb seems to be a missing link to many in the amorphous egg group.
I'd check with the 5th gen analysis as I see for tornelos that timid is desired, and reshiram either timid/modest or hasty

I use an AR code for checking IVs instantly.
arceus is EV free, best to pokeshift to 5th gen if you want to ev train it.

Best way is to get into double battle (vs seeker in dppt) and sketch your partner's move.
male castform is a decent alternative, hex-flawless of course and egg moves optional, not sure whom would benefit from psych up or amnesia.
Have you tried sketching those moves onto smeargle? oh I no longer need nosepass.
