If you have semi redis rights on it, yes. But according to Smogon rules, the Pokemon traded here with semi redis rights apply to other sites.
So if you have semi redis and someone else receives it on any site, they can't trade it, anywhere. It's your responsibility to ensure this.
If you don't have any redis rights, you can't trade it on other sites.
If it's full redis, it can be traded anywhere.

Instead of gible, here's another I would like done instead: male nosepass, any nature/ability, egg moves are optional but not required this time. hex-flawless IVs. Why nosepass? it's the only mineral pokemon that can learn gravity by heart scale once it evolves.

Well, I just tried doing it, and after I hit the delay I realized I can't use the radio to advance the frame...and I pretty much need to because I only have an hour (because all the times are an hour before the 24th hour) to get to frame 5420 by calling Joey...T.T
And also, I don't have a male Clefairy :o
