My L button has stopped working and I really don't want to do it on another DS (I'd have to save, which would make me have to wait 24 hours for the third time or something to go on the Global Link... and I really want to do Entralink RNG, lol).

If it's fine by you, I'll be trading Palkia to my White version (which I don't plan on using for Global Link) and cloning it there. I'll give you my FC for that game as soon as I get started.

You have to lower your Giratina-O's Speed and Attack IVs to 30 in order to get HP Fire.

As for Lugia, it depends on your team really. If someone on your team has Dragon Tail already such as Groudon, then use Whirlwind, if no then try Dragon Tail. Whirlwind has more PP and won't miss + breaks through sub from Ho-Oh and Shaymin-S. Lugia is weak, but the damage from repeated Dragon Tails and entry hazards/Toxic damage can easily pile up the damage. Since Lugia's main role is to stop stall breakers, Whirlwind allows you to defeant Sub CM Giratina-O which Dragon Tail fails to do.

For me, Bold is the better choice since you stop Ho-Oh, Swords Dance Arceus and Groudon better too.

Anyways, the choice between dragon tail or ww is up to you. Whirlwind might be better though since it doesnt miss (and Lugia is weak anyways), and phazes through Substitutes.
