Technician. 31/11/30/28/30/30 gives HP Fight 59, meaning it will be boosted to BP of 88 which is essentially aura sphere :D. 59 over 60 as it gives better IVs.
Alakazam is a little fast for TR. I just caught a 31/27/31/28/31/31 Woobat to pass down the 28 SAtk IV to spinda in which I will breed Icy Wind onto, so Spinda will pass it down to Mr. Mime.
