Flygon is UU, which means you can use it in OU if you want to.
When do you want to begin the trades?
I think 3 is reasonable. I can ID abuse for shiny too.
It took me like 2 hours... (from checking different IVs and stuff all over the place...thread posts, other people's threads, fishing through old VMs). And I had trades while I was doing it, haha.
Some things are already in my thread as non-redis (Biosci has semi-redis).

And ok, how about if you ever want to trade something that you got from me, you just check with me? Then I can tell you exact redis rights for you :)

Haha. Well it's just a ton of leveling and cloning :)
It'll be in 2 parts, one now, and one a few hours from now (so I can finish EVing/setting movesets for some).
But yeah, there's like 11 or so pokemon in the first part to clone, and you get redis rights on...like 6 (some of the others you already have).

Brotherhood didn't start airing til long after the regular Full Metal Alchemist finished.
I loved the original series.
I never gave brotherhood a chance though
