    There's still HP Ice though. :/ But frankly HP Fire is overall better-- well if you're only thinking about threats. Having a 4x weakness to U-Turn and no means of retaliating against Scizor is a much bigger problem for a team than not being able to kill mence, who can be neutered by T-Wave. Flygon is a problem, but then Flygon would still be a problem even with HP Ice. The only thing about HP fire is that you miss out on perfect speed, which may be important to some sets . . . :/
