I VMed the OP of Blastoise about his analysis a month or two ago and he never responded to me. I don't know if he's too busy to work on it or not but I feel as a new OP would be needed there. Should I still put the analysis up in the queue?

Hey bmb, were you still in the process of checking Torterra, or do you have to start over? Just checking 'cause I thought you said something about it and you don't have a placeholder on Torterra if you were going to.
