Hi there Bummer! I'm a new user who just joined a day ago, and I've been sorta lurking on Smogon for a little while now. I've come to enjoy the Smog articles, and soon I'm going to be making a Smeargle Studio thread for my art. I've been wanting to do Smog article stuff artwork, but I don't really know where to go or who to contact on that kind of stuff.

Yo, how would you feel about bringing back the General Art Discussion Thread? I think there's a lot of potential for helpful tips, etc. there. Except it would be mostly for talk and questions instead of requests--i.e. tips on techniques/programs, talking about favorite or inspiring artists, etc.

I know that I haven't been too involved in Smeargle's Studio, but I think that Professor Smeargle could use an updated thread that's a little more organized. Again, I know I'm not active in the Studio (even though I would like to get more involved), but I would be willing to set it up. I understand if you don't want me to, its just a suggestion nonetheless :]

Bummer, am I allowed to post more stuff to my Artist approvals thread to attempt to get those things approved? I'mlearning to use Paint.NET, and I'm trying to get the hang of shading, but not highlights quite yet.
I figure that squid / kraken I posted in my main thread won't cut it, but I need more work anyway. At least it's not that orange armadillo I posted on my second page.
