Shiny spreads and normal ones are about the same difficulty to hit, but if you found a shiny one with good IVs, the delay is probably pretty high (annoying). You can try whatever you want though. What are the IVs and seed of the spread?
Also, you don't have to faint the roamers, but you can if you want. I can explain it once you start.
Once you have the programs downloaded, think about what nature and IVs you want it to have. You probably want it Impish, Adamant, or Brave, and as close to flawless as possible.
Yeah, sure, no problem. Get the Enigma Stone and give it to the scientist in the Museum, then save directly in front of Latias. I'll help you from there.
You will need 3 programs:
RNG Reporter
PikaTimer
PokeRNG (Wichu's program)
Well, there's three things you have to know about. After that, it's pretty simple.
Each FRAME has different natures and IVs.
Each SEED is a string of frames.
You can hit any seed by getting the correct DELAY.
To put this all together, let's say I'm catching a legendary at frame 40 on seed X. To land on seed X, I have to hit a delay of Y. So if I hit a delay of Y, I'll be on seed X. After that, I just have to advance to frame 39 and talk to my legendary, which would then have the spread of frame 40.
That's basically the short version, it's easier for me to help when you're actually trying.
