I find the time to RNG them by finding out how to set up PikaTimer to hit my delay consistently and having a good understanding about the frames. + When you don't have much to do it makes it even easier

Try finding pikatimer anyways. it's v2. Also, i'm only doing a 5k but it's part of a "progressive" marathon, where I log 23 miles on my own time, then run the 5k (3.2 mi) to complete the whole 26.2 miles.

I'll give you distribution rights to give you a head start on a potential trade thread, but make sure to put under the description that I gave you the rights, because most of my Pokes (that Cranidos included) are non-redistributable.

don't tell him this, but visit mattj's thread. he's in my friend list. I don't know if he's trading right now, but his poke's are pretty much everywhere. Also, use pikatimer. I just "discovered" it and it's really improved my timing. A bit weird to use at first, but well worth the payoff especially if you're frustrated.
