  • Because, it should be shiny, so long as you have both your ID/SID filled out correctly.
If it's right, than I have no idea what you're doing wrong.
But if you in-putted it incorrectly, that's your problem right there ^_^
Please do me a favor and delete that post. The other 2 distributors still need to make their placement posts. Thanks.
Don't switch it every time you get a different delay xD!
I suggest doing 1 delay about 20-30 times, if you don't get it, see what you hit the most and make the changes.
What you might want to do, is attempt at getting different speeds, and recognizing what speed goes with what delay. That's how I do it, I see my speed for 488 and I mimic it xD!
haha, yeah I had about 2 projects take me 2-4 minutes. It just takes a lot of practice, and a really good button smashing finger.
Once you get your first one done, it'll get a lot easier from there. Like I did my first BP in a few days, than about 4 days later, I started doing CP's, than wondercards, and so on. >.< I am now doing CP's in Plat :D!
yeah >.< Makes life so much easier.
So say you are going for a delay of 488 (mine :P) and you hit 490 7 different times 4 of them in a row, it'd be a good idea to switch the year so that the delay becomes 490, as you can hit that effectively.
No. no no no. When going for a seed you rarely ever adjust Pikatimer for low time/delay seeds.
What you need to do is find a delay that you hit often but isn't the one that you're aiming for, change the year so that the delay changes to the delay you want it to be, and try again.
My suggestion, keep trying for the delay you wanted, but when you search for the Elm calls, write down all the delays you hit, and than look and see if you see one that you hit a lot, and than adjust accordingly.
When you call Elm have you been searching his calls and seeing the delays you've been getting? Or are you still getting the whole "No Elm Matches" message?
Well that's ok. I actually decided not be so picky so you can still have your prize (if you win any) as long as you make a trade thread eventually.
Alright, good luck man. Have you read through Riki's noob guide to RNG as of yet?
It's full of information that will help you greatly.
