I probably wouldn't use Counter, since it only works one time, and it doesn't stop people from setting up boosts against you. I would run Thunder Wave, just because Seismic Toss just isn't enough at times to prevent your opponent from attempting a sweep.

I prefer Calm Mind Virizion right now to beat Gliscor with much more ease, but Virizion can work either way.

Toxic > Dragon Tail on Milotic. I cannot stress enough how it isn't useful enough without spikes! It is not Roar, it is worse. It cannot work through subs, and only has 90% accuracy.

I would probably use Scarfed Garchomp in the last slot, just because it can clean up/revenge late game. Or Scarfed Latios, but it is less efficient right now due to Tyranitar. Scarfed Latios is simply too weak to be a real threat to Tyranitar.

Idea taken from one of the Evolution Stone Murkrow analyses on the site. Minimum speed +1 because you really don't outspeed any other Prankster users and you can mostly outspeed other priority-reliance Pokemon (except for Scizor, which you can outspeed the standard set with a single speed IV), so you might as well minimize speed to reduce gyro ball damage

There are people out there who'd rather get the events themselves and/or don't have Wi-Fi to trade (like me), but yeah, redistributables and giveaways are useful too. What teams have you tested?

So that they wouldn't go through the trouble of getting events like Celebi, Mew, Shaymin, Darkrai, Arceus, Zorua, Zoroark and Victini and testing them out in battle. I think that's my reason.

I'm more of a battler myself. Like I said in my sig, I'm rarely in a spot where I can do trades. I'm also clueless about RNGing, even though I'm trying to learn.
