Well since its going to be used for OU I would go for that spread, If you want maybe add the 8 speed Evs onto Sp def? but that might not make a big difference anyway.

I like the spread you gave it, Its still Bulky, outspeeds a few Pokemon and can OHKO a major thread in OU.
That first EV spread you gave me looks complicated.

For EV spreads, I used 252 Sp atk 252 speed 4 hp on Squirtle, I would do the same on Mismagius aswell.
