    Well, it outruns Jolly Tyranitar, stallbreaker Mew, some Celebi, Gliscor, and SpDef Jirachi.

    It hits a jump point in special attack. It then hits a LO number, and the rest of the EVs go into your defense to help your bulk.

    It isn't an EV spread focuses on killing or surviving certain things. It just hits solid benchmarks.

    Found the tank spread for LO Milotic for you. I like that one a little better I guess.

    EVs: 112 HP / 60 Def / 140 SAtk / 196 Spd
    Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)

    I would rather just use Starmie, then add bulk to the rest of my team. Rather than use Milotic's bulk.

    hey, thanks :) i did consider a bulkier spread, but i think outrunning Adamant Dragonite is crucial and max SpA is obviously a given so there you have it. I suppose the only other option is a Timid nature but I'll leave that up to you.
