No, I dislike shiny Dragonite, so I never bothered breeding a shiny version. The Adamant one is UT @ Lv. 67 though, knowing the moves ESpeed, Dragon Dance and Outrage, along with something else, but can't recall off the top of my head.
Let's see, I've got Adamant, Calm, Careful, Modest, Timid, Jolly and Quiet ;) take your pick.
