Unfortunately, neither Cacturne or Cacnea belong to the Ground Egg Group :/
To be honest, there aren't any recommended specially-based Cacturne as other Dark-type Pokemon (Houndoom, Shiftry) are better in that facility. This means that Cacturne is better off with physical minded sets: and since Nasty Plot would obviously be useless on it, you're better off breeding Teeter Dance or Grasswhistle.

On a side note, I just wanted to remind you that breeding Nasty Plot into Cacturne might actually be competitively useless. Unless you plan on using a specially-based set, it's better off with support moves such as Teeter Dance (Spinda) or Grasswhistle (Roselia, Sunflora)
