One of the benefits of being a grown up is you can buy whatever videogames you want (within reason)
I have ruby, emerald,diamond, pearl, platinum, Heartgold, soulsilver, black, white (daughter) black2 pokemon conquest etc - I don't like the spin offs as well, I especially don't like rangers, but the OH what is it called where you play as the pokemon, that is good
Theres not really a rebattling option in black/black2 like there was in platinum, is there?
