the clause approved to cover for levitate and magnet rise is "if X is floating". On a battle someone wrote "if X is levitating". Should I read it as levitate the ability/command or as synonym to floating? I tend to go with the former, but I am not sure.

Can I have Rotom leave its freeze-appliance on Ice Gym? It can reenter, so this would be basically some fancy way to camouflage or conversion or protean.
