That new move? Switch, next turn that pokemon is in it gets a +1 boost, probably to speed, or make two variants for the attack stat. Or three variants. I basically want to give Choiced users a chance to temporarily set up, and I would like speed to make it easier to revenge kill. Possibly something like +1/-1 could work, too.

I can't recommend much. Black City has trainers you can battle again and again for fast level-up and EV training (if the pokemon is strong enough). White Forest has pokemon to catch if you don't have some of the earlier games. I own White, but my DS broke a couple of weeks ago so I haven't seen anything significant yet.
It looked too much like Dialga and not enough like Zebstrika, IMO. Dialga is also FAT.
