    Hey, welcome to Smogon!
    Usually, it's better to call an activity win late in the week, like Saturday or Sunday, so you can give a bit of time for your opponent to find a proper time to play. If you are not free on the weekend, you can call it sooner if you think you gave enough time for your opponent, and they did not schedule properly with you.
