I'm like totaly in love with all the Eeveelutions, but also Magmortar, Electivire, and my Shiny Salamence.
I think with the Main Information in mij thread, a trainer sprite with the Eeveelutions would be nice, I don't know if you can do that, or you just make those banners with one render?

Nope... all you need is VBA, and some patience, create a save state right before Mew, then another save state before you select to use the PokeBall. Throw it, if it doesn't capture, you reopen the save state. Eventually it will be caught, only one PokeBall used :P then I Pal Park it and repeat ad nauseum :P
I can get it in all the Pokeballs. It would be quite easy :P

Of course you can trade the squirtle if you want. Everyone that gets it wouuld not be able to trade though. Any of the breeds that I did for you specially are allowed to go in your thread ( as "whoever gets them can't trade them"), if you don't want to put them there then you don't have to. They will all be up in my thread, but none of your custom sets will be available ;)
