I ll try helping you offcourse. I don't know if i can connect on mirc though. The latest wincu tool. You put the exact ivs and you get a seed below as a result. I am a little foggy though on the id/sid abuse part i don't remember much :P

Oh BTW, Thundurus doesn't exist in W2...
What spread do you mean again about finding one in W2?

Anyway, I think RNGing Thundurus isn't harder, it's just that finding shiny Timid 31/HP_E/30/31/31/31 seeds takes some time :P
And hopefully the RNG dates of those doesn't fall on rainy days...

Those are bothe spreads for encounter slot 9. Which are scyther and chansey and i think tauros. Now you go to Winchus tools and put the ivs there and you generate a seed. You copy that seed and the paste to rng reporter chose method h-1 and generate results. That's your frame basically. And if i do remeber after that i kept reseting and took my id as initial seed converted to hex and put that seed in the rng reporter and checked if i was close to the above spread. Does that help at all?

Hmm, the HP Ice (for Thundurus) spreads are harder to find than the 31/31/31/x/31/31 (for Tornadus)...
And no HP Ice spreads yet, now I'm on the year 2015 for the searching (max advances 2050, all months, and I choose the more common Timer0 C7F)...
But I'm sure there'll be at least 1 :)
