Hey Sensei, I managed to RNG abuse my desired SID/ID combo. I had a little help from Zari.
All I have to do is beat the elite four and then I'm going to rng abuse a few of my own shiny pokemon. :D

Although they weren't the best shiny Adamant Groudon & Rayquaza in Luxury Ball here in Smogon, because some members might own those pokes with 31 IVs in all stats instead (or at least excluding the Sp.Atk.)
