You should look for patched roms then.

So here are the steps.
1. I send you my save file with a chatot in party.
2. You copy the save to your R4 with a ROM.
3.You start the game and go to pokemon, then Click on chatot and click on chatter.
4. It says press A..... Press "A" and say anything in the microphone. It will show completed or something.
5.Save the game and mail it back. :)
6.Get anything you want in the world from me.

All you would require to do is get the save on your R4 with the rom and select the chatter option in the chatot's summary.

Also, Fenix, the blocks don't seem to be working for Nuzleaf very well. I tried testing it just now with 28 forest blocks (I actually have 30, does it have to be exactly 28?) and I only saw it 2 times out of a lot of times. Do you think I'll be able to encounter it with 4 different shiny frames?
Do you have a flashcart?
You can try rng abuse a shiny seedot/nuzleaf or a giratina on hg/ss with the shiny naive fire hp spread. :)
Hmm... Bold HP Fire, maybe Lotad? And for Naive, possibly Tangela or Bellsprout? That's all I can think of. -
