Also, the higher ups are asking me to get the senate's opinion on the following in order to make a decision regarding Smogon's tiering philosophy.

Keeping in mind, of course, that "broken" is a subjective term in and of itself. I'd like for you to PM me a short paragraph on your opinion on the subject within the next couple of days.

Really sorry about that, there was a thunderstorm in my area and my internet went down. This weekend is pretty busy for me, but Sunday evening could work out for me(around this time would be good) and next week I'm free as well.

hehe Smogon seems pretty tame compared to some gaming communities I've been in. There is much worse out there O_o
