I actually thought about re-reffing the round, but I just decided to roll with it and finish the battle since both players were online.

Flora, a quick question concerning the move Bounce. Is Bounce a two-turn attack or a charge-up move with negative priority like Sky Attack? I'm saying this as I'm reffing a battle where it is used. I've been counting as a two-turn move until now. Thank you in advance.

To be honest, I was a bit unsure of what to do there. The flavor of the move in the Data Audit Thread says that the user casts "a shadowy beam"; personally, I believe that this could be used in order to avoid attacks just because of the way it was phrased in the Data thread. However, if this somehow violates a ref's creative license, I suppose there's nothing I can do. However, I'd like to argue for the use of certain moves as dodging moves, for both practical and flavor reasons.

Regardless, I suppose I should change it if you don't like it. Waterfall and Hydro Pump will KO Gastly, and Dratini will target Monohm instead of Tirtouga, killing it. Also, I thought it was 2/3rds and not 3/4ths, but I'm probably wrong.

My N's Castle Arena clearly says that water has vaporized completely. Can Darkamber actually execute Surf? I assumed so in the orders I gave to my Pokémon, anyway...

Concerning what you said in the GoldenKnight/Temperantia battle about Sky Attack, should I change the results of the current round so Fire Blast does hit, or do I just carry on as normal, with the changes to the move?

Thanks for the heads up! I've changed it to include a turn of rest. I'll also keep it in mind for the future.
