I am indeed. As for my activity, it's because I don't have regular internet access and thus can't give people the reffing regularity and speed I feel they need. I have access, but its at unpredictable times for random lengths of time.
Apart from mid-year exams coming in a couple of weeks, I can tutor ref Maxim in my free time, so yes. Like last time, I don't have IRC.
I would, but unfortunately our timezones are too different. I'd prefer it if I could tutor someone who's going to be online at the same time as me (so I could feasibly do GMT +/-6 and maybe go to +/-8 with difficulty). That said, I could tutor Maxim if you haven't found a tutor for him yet. -
