No, theres no Mimic glitch needed to get Stoss. I can already use the pokemon emerald tutor to teach that. I can give it Mimic, and Stoss from my emerald game. Then you would have to get Wish Mimic glitched another time. Sound good to you?
Ugh Crap! I just saw that your pokemon moves werent PP Maxed and I could've sworn I did it. Must've forgot to save after I had finished PP maxed them thinking that I did. -_-. Sorry man =/

Well, I don't know how to mimic glitch moves myself, but Hypno can learn Stoss + Mimic from Emerald Tutors. --> http://www.serebii.net/pokedex-rs/097.shtml
I could teach Mimic + Stoss, you leave Stoss, and have someone else/yourself use the mimic glitch to get wish.
If you want to do that, just post the info in my thread. I will be busy until the weekend though (midterms coming up).
