well with the 254 in special defense and the two in speed youve lost a point you could use eslewhere. you can put the other two in attack and the point isnt lost. i can also do that for you. its only eraseing speed and beating up one goldeen
do you need the four or two evs wiped? i can do that with berries for you
and he only as three moves so getting a fourth is unavoidable
the evs for lax are
4/250/0/0/254/2
