You can unblock it, the reason norton is blocking it is because the program is considered new and the number of people that have used it with norton is still low. Apparently, norton computers communicate with the same server and thats how it checks if a program is safe.

You'll have to give me time to collect some of the data again, like I said this is over the course of two months, and I have tried at least seven seeds. Generally i get the hex flawless IVS I am supposed to with the seed, but I cannot predict the PIDRNG. There was one seed that I am looking for...

I already do this. It actually usually starts at initial PIDRNG frame + 2 or so. . . At least it did before this started happening to me.

Actually one more question. If encounter slot 7 means I will encounter whatever pokemon is slot 7, what if there is not slot 7 pokemon? For instance if I fish it only has encounter slots 0-4 so do i just hook the 4th? or get just a nibble? Same for grass or a cave. Just out of curiousity for...
