I saw that you needed a naive bagon. I have a male one though, here's the info on it:

I don't know your morality on ,IR-GTS, but it can send Pokemon to the computer and then can send them back for cloning purposes. However, it converts the Pokemon into a .pmk file on your computer in order to do so, and you need to DL a programming code called Python and finangle with your WIFI connection in your DS. Not hard, but if you have a computer it's another option over the Action Replay for cloning.
It's also how I got to upload Exie's and Syberia's Pokemon into my game pack in order to trade with those.
